Supporting in various initiatives of the department Daily tracking of ALM movement against monthly projections Monitoring various initiatives for the department & KO's Periodic reporting of CAMs in pipeline, collating Board cams, asset tracker To follow up and discuss with RM / Unit Heads for clearance of pendencies. Check overdue pendency for monitoring & evading the risk to the Bank Customized reports on periodic basis provided to GH and business team to take appropriate action on collection of documents for closure of pendency Control and Monitoring of Deferrals items. Identify Gaps and Slippages and elicit corrective actions from the supervisor / RM Monitor Items that have dependence on RIG / product team Work with central product team of salary in monitoring projections and completions of actionable Analyze plan Vs Actuals and highlight these to supervisors and RMs / stakeholders for corrective actions in providing support to the business heads in driving these initiatives Coordinate with Various teams like cards, Branch Banking, Salary product, etc. (a) Salary accounts (b) Promoters / Opinion Markets Driving contribution of NTB clients along all operating aspects / Performance in the corporate bank / wholesale bank. Seeking updates on acquisition pipeline, including asset focus on onward presentation to the business heads. Identifying gaps and trends on progress and penetration on converted names Creation of workable database of NTB target clients Progress on New to Bank (NTB) Customer Provide Product Support : Progress on MAP Items such as Yield movement, initiatives like N100 & N2N100, TON, Migration etc. This will capture achievements of the teams on various parameters like assets, Liabilities Gross Yield, NTB, Large deals Etc. Coordinate with various teams to have a dashboard and presentation prepared for submission to fincon and MD covering all the operating and key objectives Distribution of asset to bring in granularity
Monthly review to ascertain actual achievement viz. Co-relation between ALCO Projections and the budget numbers Tracking of TAT for supporting faster CAM approvalsĪssets Projection Review To engage with supervisors and ensure compliance with the review process covering : Tracking the same against department budget for senior level review Yield and spread analysis from APR and publishing trend analysis which supports making strategy to improve income. Supporting team for business development by way of data through vendor's / rating agencies etc. Analysis of product holding at customer level and publishing the data to the team for finding out opportunities Analysis of APR for actual vs Plan at Unit level and highlighting to the units, the gap in parameters to be met against the plan on YTD basis. for management information to derive strategy of business Analysis of portfolio, incremental assets for segment, granularity etc. Should have interest and motivation in developing a long term career in Project Finance. Candidate should have familiarity with India's regulatory framework for the relevant sectors (Power, Roads, Airports, etc). Monitoring the subsequent performance of the case Managing the disbursement of the loans after meeting all CPs Managing the process of satisfaction of CPs Managing the review and finalisation of project agreement documentation with legal counsel (Facility Agreement, Security Agreements etc) Developing Information Memorandum for Debt/Equity syndication Anchoring due diligence report reviews and resolving queries and issues Developing terms of appointment of lenders advisors (technical, commercial, legal, insurance etc) Developing project finance models and carrying out detailed sensitivities on key parameters
